Anthony began his journey in the health and wellness industry early in life, graduating from Pennsylvania College of Technology, Penn State, in 2007 with a degree in Physical Fitness. Shortly after, he began sharing his passion for fitness as a certified personal trainer, working with athletes and non-athletes of all ages.
For the past 21 years, Coach Anthony has dedicated himself to growing his personal training business and helping individuals become stronger physically and mentally. He believes that the most powerful part of the body is the mind. Through an “I Can and I Will” mentality, he believes that limitations can be overcome and that anything is possible when you are willing to work for it.
Anthony also serves his community as a Firefighter Paramedic with Tampa Fire Rescue. His career in the fire service reflects his deep commitment to serving others and making a difference in the lives of those around him. Whether he is responding to an emergency, training a client, or working with the next generation of firefighters, Anthony approaches everything he does with the same purpose: to serve, to lead, and to help others become better.
When Anthony isn't training clients or serving in the fire department, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Cathy, and their children, Caden, Adalia, Ayla, and Abigail. Family is at the center of everything he does. Anthony strives to be the father he didn't have growing up and to pass down the values of hard work, faith, discipline, perseverance, and service to the next generation.
His mission is simple: help people become stronger in mind, body, and character and remind them that they are capable of more than they may believe.
